1. Booking & Confirmation

•Studio bookings are confirmed once the booking is completed and payment is received.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

•Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

•Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

•No-shows are treated as cancellations made within the 48-hour period.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

•Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to studio availability.

•Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the booking may not be accommodated.

 

4. Studio Usage

•The studio can be used for audio recording, music production, video production, photography, rehearsals and other approved creative activities.

•Clients are expected to use the space, furniture, instruments and equipment responsibly.

•Any activity outside the agreed scope should be discussed with the studio team in advance.

 

5. Equipment & Instruments

•Available instruments and equipment may be used as part of the booking, subject to availability.

•Clients should not move, modify, disconnect or operate specialist equipment without approval from the studio team.

•Any equipment damaged through negligence or improper use may be chargeable to the client.

 

6. Booking Time & Overtime

•Your booking time includes setup and wrap-up unless otherwise specified.

•Clients are expected to arrive on time and vacate the studio at the end of their reserved slot.

•Additional time may be booked subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable rate.

•If another booking follows yours, the studio must be cleared by the scheduled end time.

 

7. Personal Belongings & Data

•Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, instruments, hard drives and other equipment brought into the studio.

•The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

•Clients should ensure that they have appropriate backups of their recordings and project files.

 

8. Conduct & Safety

•The studio is a professional creative environment. All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable instructions from the studio team.

•The client is responsible for ensuring that everyone in their group follows the studio's rules.

•The studio reserves the right to end a session if there is serious misconduct, unsafe behaviour or misuse of the premises or equipment.
